IT DIRECT – replacement IT equipment, express-shipped to your site
The replacement equipment is despatched directly from your nearest ICM Business Continuity centre. It arrives with technical support and remains in use with you for as long as 30 days while your IT equipment is fixed. This no-nonsense service ensures your IT functionality is restored with the minimum delay and disruption to your business.
OFFICE DIRECT – a nearby, fully equipped alternative place of work
Your staff relocate to your nearest ICM Business Continuity centre. Utilise the fully equipped, professional office environment and access the IT resources covered by your Disaster Cover Direct contract. This comprehensive service can continue for up to 30 days while issues at your normal location are resolved.
